Detailed introduction of the project:

Two main activities of the project:

• Purchasing of a new machinery: Bobcat E19 mini excavator

• Direct project related activities (lump sum based/related costs)

Procurement justification of the mini excavator:

Implementation of a company owned machinery park for the execution of electrical installation/wiring works within the activity scope of the enterprise, for the needed machinery is only available as a costly rented one as of now. Procuring the mini excavator would increase the effectiveness and reliability of the works, no renting is needed the machinery would be available constantly. The contracted works could be planned and organized more reliably, new contracts could also be accepted and implemented more easily. New customer base could be built, the income of the company could be increased, and employee positions could be more secure.

We decided to procure the Bobcat E19 mini excavator amongst the available machinery with same or similar capabilities in the market, because price/value ratio (cost effectiveness) is the best with this machine taking the interest and need of our business as well.
